3º Race PT Champion - The sweet and the Bitter...

Olá!

Ainda com o pneus quentinhos, escrevo estas poucas linhas sobre a 3 Ronda do CN.

Na Classe F1. foi uma prova imácula, de facto a substituição das transmissões de origem da Genius pelas da RS5, resolveram todos os meus problemas de falta de confiança no desempenho do Chassi, assim como a montagem do difusor da frente mais pequeno (RS5), tornaram o carro mais dócil e mais guiável, retirando aquela frente barbara que o difusor de origem dá ao carro. Creio que para as nossas pistas, será a decisão correta. Mas falando um pouco da prova, nos qualifys consegui obter o número máximo de voltas, 2º Qualify, atribuindo-me assim o TQ, também resultado do facto de estar praticamente sozinho em pista o que facilitou o andamento. Na final, consegui um bom arranque, ocupando a dianteira do pelotão, mas depois de um toque perdi duas posições, mas que as recuperei ao fim de algum tempo, terminando assim no primeiro lugar.

 

Já na Classe Turismo, consegui finalmente ter carro... Ou seja, para os mais distraídos, tenho andando um pouco aos papeis com o comportamento do Chassi, mas isso já lá vai. Apesar do resultado não ter sido o esperado, ou desejado, consegui pelo azar levar o desempenho do chassi ao extremo para tentar recuperar posições perdidas durante a final, chegando mesmo pertinho do segundo 17s (18.051), mas não chegando perto dos tempos do N.Pinto que fez uma fabulosos 17s médios/baixos.

Depois desta prova, creio que a contas do CN estão praticamente arrumadas, resta-me continuar a desenvolver o chassi, nas duas provas restantes e tentar colocar a salvar a época com a Taça de PT.

Even with warm tires I write these few lines about Round 3 of the PT Championship.

F1 class. was perfect, proof, that the replacement of the the transmission of Genius to the one from RS5, solve all my lack of reliable performance problems in the chassis, as well as the mounting of the smaller front diffuser (RS5), that made the car more docile and with less stering, . I believe that for our tracks, this is be the right decision.

But speaking a bit of the Race in the qualifys I managed to get the maximum number of Laps - 2nd Qualify - thus giving me the TQ.

In the end, I got a good start, taking the lead of the pack, but after a touch lost two positions but that recovered after some time, ending the first place.

 

In the GT Class, I finally have a car ... That is, for the most distracted, I'm walking a little to the roles with the chassis behavior, but that is long gone now. Despite the result was not expected, or wanted, I got the chance to take the extreme to the chassis performance, trying to regain lost positions after being in 1st,  during the final, and even got close the second 17s (18 051).

After this event, I believe that Championship accounts are practically arranged, I can only continue to develop the chassis, in the two remaining races and try to save the seasson in  PT Cup.

2º Race CN PT - Race Report

 

Olá meus estimados leitores.. ! LOL..

 

Bem a segunda prova do CN, não foi melhor do que a primeira.. tanto na classe TC como na F1... Acho que os bons resultados este ano não querem nada comigo...

Na Classe TC, em muitos anos aconteceu-me um coisas que nunca me tinha acontecido, soltou-se o pack, e como seria de esperar o meu carrinho novo, saiu disparado pela pista fora! Mal ou menos o estrago não foi grande, mas criou-me sérias dificuldades em conseguir melhorar o chassi nos Qualifys. Como resultado, e por um lado ainda bem, fui parar aos 1/4 de final, que venci, assim como a minha meia-final B (em 2mãos). O desempenho do chassi foi crescendo ao longo do dia, mas, ainda não está no ponto! Para a final, sai no segundo lugar da grelha, atrás do N.Pinto, com a esperança de conseguir arrancar melhor e travar assim um pouco o seu andamento, como isso não foi possível, batalhamos durante um punhado de voltas, mas quando começamos com as dobragens ele ganhou alguma vantagem. Resumido o resto da final, cometi um erro, tocando num corretor que me  fez capotar e a partir dai o desempenho do chassi nunca mais foi o mesmo, terminando em 10º por desistência.

Na classe F1, não há muito a dizer, pois não grande história para contar...terminei em 6º por desistência também (GE00040.00)!!!!

 

Os resultados de facto não tem sido os melhores, mas também não sou rapazinho para baixar os braços! É lutar até ao final, pois certamente saberá sempre bem, seja em que lugar for, colher os frutos da dedicação.

Hello my dear readers ..! LOL ..
Well the second round of the CN, was no better than the first .. both TC class as F1 ... I think the good results this year do not want anything to me ...
In Class CT in many years something happened to me that had never happened, the Lipo broke free from the chassi, and as expected my new cart, shot out the track out! Evil or less the damage was not great, but created serious difficulties in getting me improve the chassis in Qualifys.

 

As a result, on the one hand and thankfully, I ended the quarter final, I won, and my semi-final.

The chassis performance has been growing throughout the day, but is not yet on the spot!

For the final, I started in the second place on the grid, behind the N.Pinto, hoping I'd get better start in order to set the ritme, but It did not happend and we fight for a handful of laps, but when we started with the dubbing it gained some advantage. Summarized the rest of the final, I made a mistake by touching a corner that made me roll over, from there the chassis performance was never the same, finishing 10th by forfeit.
F1 class, there is not much to say, do great story to tell ... I finished 6th by forfeit too (Broken Transmition (GE00040.00) !!!!
The fact that results have not been the best, but I'm not boy to ease up! You fight until the end, for surely know always good, no matter what the place is, reap the rewards of dedication.
